Mongolia Partners with China Gas for LNG Production

Mongolia and China Gas Holdings have agreed to cooperate in the field of liquefied natural gas (LNG) production, aiming to increase Mongolia's energy independence and diversify its fuel sources.

During a meeting between Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Damdiniyam Gongor and General Director Mr. Chang Lian of China Gas Holdings, key investment projects were discussed.

The company plans to develop local electricity generation capacities in regions with energy shortages and create joint ventures for the production of high-quality diesel fuel and LNG.
