Naftogaz Group and ORLEN have signed memorandums to supply liquefied natural gas and petroleum products to Ukraine. The agreements were reached during the Carpathian Eight summit, where energy cooperation between Ukraine and Poland was a key topic of discussion.

The first memorandum provides for three shipments of liquefied natural gas in the first quarter of 2027. Naftogaz Group emphasized that these additional gas volumes could help meet demand in Ukraine during peak seasonal consumption periods.

The second memorandum concerns the supply of petroleum products to the Ukrainian market, worth up to $500 million. According to Naftogaz, this agreement aims to strengthen fuel supplies amid global oil crisis linked to events in the Middle East.
