Natural Gas Futures Faces Major Institutional Supply Wall

Natural Gas Futures (NYMEX: NG1) is displaying an aggressive recovery structure on its daily chart, but it's approaching a major institutional supply wall that demands technical caution.

The asset established a structural bullish pivot after defending the macro horizontal demand floor at $2.476 in late April and breaking above local peaks in March and May.

A severe convergence zone is looming ahead at 3.422 - 3.446, comprising horizontal resistance, Fibonacci confluence, and the 200 EMA baseline.

Short-term momentum is undergoing a mean-reversion pull-back, but a renewed drive will test the triple resistance wall once liquidity is re-accumulated.
