Natural Gas Industry Leaders Converge in Chicago for 38th Annual LDC Gas Forum Mid-Continent

The 38th Annual LDC Gas Forum Mid-Continent took place in Chicago, IL, from September 14 to 16, 2026. The event brought together over 400 natural gas industry executives and thought leaders to discuss insights into the U.S. mid-continent natural gas markets.

The program addressed critical issues faced by natural gas and LNG market stakeholders across the value chain, including worldwide geopolitical events impacting U.S. and global natural gas and LNG markets, as well as industry response to the phenomenal increase in natural gas demand.

Keynote speakers included James Pearson from ConocoPhillips, David Doyle from Macquarie Group, and Wendall Dallas from Nicor Gas. The event also featured five moderated panel discussions with knowledgeable industry leaders representing leading organizations such as East Daley Analytics, Bloomberg, and Natural Gas Intelligence (NGI).
