Natural Gas Prices Hold Bullish Structure Amid Selling Pressure

Instruments
Natural Gas

Natural gas prices held their bullish structure above key moving averages, defying Wednesday's selling pressure. The commodity rose to a six-day high of $2.98 on Wednesday and generated a slightly higher daily low of $2.88, but sellers regained control after the advance.

Despite this short-term bearish behavior, the developing uptrend structure remains intact, and it continues to be bullish. This is the third consecutive day that confirmed support above both the 20-day and 50-day moving averages, since they were reclaimed on Monday.

The recent higher swing low of $2.75 has reinforced the bullish trend, which is anticipated to continue unless there are clear signs of weakening or a failure to hold key support levels. The next major test for natural gas prices will be the resistance near $3.03.
