The price of gold in Nepal plummeted by Rs 4,300 per tola on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association. The federation set the price of fine gold at Rs 284,200 per tola, down from Rs 288,500 per tola on Monday.
This represents a daily decline in gold prices, but it's worth noting that gold remains Rs 1,400 higher than its price last week when it traded at Rs 285,600 per tola.
