Nigeria Meets OPEC Quota with 0.4% Rise in Oil Production
Nigeria's oil production rose by 0.4% in August to meet its OPEC quota for the fourth consecutive month.
The country produced an average of 1,677,777 barrels of crude oil and condensate per day in August, up from July's figure.
In terms of strict crude oil production (excluding condensate), Nigeria averaged 1,500,190 barrels per day.
The National Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) reported that the lowest daily combined production was 1.64mmbopd, while the highest was 1.71mmbopd.
