Nigeria's Oil Production Soars 80% Under Tinubu
Nigeria's oil production has increased by over 80% since President Bola Tinubu took office, according to Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil) Senator Heineken Lokpobiri.
Tinubu's reforms have led to a significant increase in oil output, with Nigeria now producing more than 1.8 million barrels per day, including condensate.
The number of active drilling rigs has increased from fewer than 10 to over 70, and the minister attributed this growth to divestments, investments, and sector reforms.
