NYMEX Precious Metals Prices Decline for Gold and Silver
The New York Merchantile Exchange (NYMEX) has released precious metals prices for September 15. According to NYMEX, the price of gold futures is down by 0.69% to $4280.10 per troy ounce, while silver futures is down by 0.43% to $63.24. Platinum futures, on the other hand, is up by 1.09% to $1798.50.
The NYMEX was founded in 1882 and currently operates two divisions: the NYMEX Division for oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, and the COMEX Division for gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
