NYMEX Precious Metals Prices: Gold Down, Silver and Platinum Up

The New York Merchantile Exchange (NYMEX) has released its precious metals prices for September 22nd. According to the data, gold futures are down by 0.27% to $4338.90 per troy ounce (31.1 grams). On the other hand, silver futures have increased by 0.15% to $65.93.

In contrast, platinum futures have seen a significant rise of 1.50% to $1818.10 per troy ounce. The NYMEX Division is responsible for trading oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, while the COMEX Division handles gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
