NYMEX Precious Metals Prices See Mixed Results
New York's NYMEX (New York Merchantile Exchange) has seen significant price movements in precious metals on September 16. The NYMEX Division, which handles trades of oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, reported a decline in platinum futures by 0.58% to $1788.00.
Meanwhile, the COMEX Division, responsible for gold, silver, copper, and aluminum trades, saw notable increases. Gold futures rose by 1.55% to $4346.30, while silver futures climbed by 1.66% to $64.29. These prices are based on a measurement unit of 1 troy ounce (31.1 grams).
