NYMEX Precious Metals Prices Surge Across the Board
New York's NYMEX has reported an increase in precious metals prices for September 25. The price of gold futures rose by 0.58% to $4287.90, while silver futures saw a gain of 0.85% to $64.00.
Platinum futures also experienced a significant increase, rising by 2.77% to $1800.80. The measurement unit used is 1 troy ounce, equivalent to 31.1 grams.
The NYMEX Division of the exchange handles trades for oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, while the COMEX Division focuses on gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
