Oil Price Volatility Hits Home: LPG, CNG, and PNG Prices Increase in India
Global oil prices have stabilized after several sessions of declines, following diplomatic developments between the US and Iran at the United Nations General Assembly. Despite this, concerns over volatile crude oil prices persist, with Brent crude dropping below $100 per barrel to $98.8 per barrel on Tuesday morning.
LPG, CNG, and PNG prices in India have increased due to these global crude oil price fluctuations. In Delhi, the 14.2 kg LPG cylinder rate is ₹942, while the commercial (19 kg) LPG cylinder rate is ₹2,747.50. The CNG price in Delhi is ₹86.98 per kg.
US President Donald Trump announced that US officials had a 'very good' three-hour meeting with Iranian leaders at the UN General Assembly. Another meeting is scheduled for the near future.
