Oil Prices Dip Amid Hopes of Limited Supply Disruptions
Oil prices fell by about one percent on September 18 as hopes of limited supply disruptions outweighed concerns about strikes between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Houthis.
The Brent crude futures price fell to $103.77 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate futures dropped to $100.88 a barrel.
Markets largely shrugged off concerns about new threats to supplies despite the exchange of fresh strikes across their border on Thursday.
Saudi Arabia had suspended crude loadings at its Red Sea export hub of Yanbu and cancelled some deliveries to Europe after its East-West pipeline was damaged in an attack last week.
