Oil Prices Drop Amid Uncertainty Over US-Iran Military Strikes

Oil prices edged lower on Thursday as investors weighed the uncertainty of renewed military strikes between the US and Iran.

Brent crude futures fell 43 cents, or 0.45%, to $95.20 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures were down 24 cents, or 0.26%, at $90.77.

The price swings between the two benchmarks were significant, with Brent and WTI swinging between gains of as much as $2 a barrel and losses of $1 a barrel during the previous trading session.
