Oil Prices Plummet as Global Trends Weaken Demand
Crude oil futures plummeted by Rs 89 to Rs 9,730 per barrel on Thursday due to weak global trends and reduced demand.
The decline was attributed to participants offloading their holdings amid weak demand in the spot market.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude fell 0.75% to USD 101.66 per barrel, while Brent crude declined 0.96% to USD 104.81 per barrel in New York.
