Oil Prices Steady, but Trending Lower
Oil prices remained steady on Friday, with Brent crude slipping by just 3 cents to $102.28 a barrel at 0350 GMT after briefly edging higher earlier in the session.
This slight dip comes despite a significant gain of over $4 on Thursday, and it still leaves Brent on track for a weekly decline of around 2 percent.
West Texas Intermediate also eased by 19 cents to $92.68 a barrel, but is headed for a weekly increase of about 0.3 percent.
