Oman Sees 10.6% Oil Production Surge, 6.7% Gas Increase in H1

Oman's oil production increased by 10.6% and natural gas production rose 6.7% in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year, according to data released by the country's National Center for Statistics and Information.

Total oil production reached 198.01 million barrels by the end of June, with an average daily output of 1.09 million barrels, up from 989,2000 barrels per day a year earlier.

The average price of Omani crude climbed 9.4% to $80.9 per barrel, and crude exports edged up 2.4% to 155.22 million barrels.
