Oman Sees 10.6% Oil Production Surge in First Half of 2026
Oman's oil production has seen significant growth in the first half of 2026. According to data from the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), total oil production rose by 10.6% compared to the same period last year.
Total production reached 198.01 million barrels by the end of June, up from 179.05 million barrels in the first six months of 2025.
Average daily production also increased to 1.094 million barrels per day, a rise of 10.4% compared to last year's average.
The average price of Omani crude oil has also seen an increase, rising by 9.4% to $80.90 per barrel from $74.00 in the first half of 2025.
