Ontario Gas Prices Set to Drop Amid Increased Oil Flows

Ontario gas prices are expected to drop on Wednesday due to increased oil flows out of the Middle East, which will impact global energy markets and subsequently local gas stations.

Dan McTeague, head of Canadians for Affordable Energy, predicts that gasoline prices will decrease by two cents per litre on Wednesday, with morning (peak) prices in the Greater Toronto Area reaching 180.9 cents per litre of regular-grade gasoline.

The diesel price is expected to drop even more, falling seven cents from its current rate of 268.9 cents per litre, which was an all-time high in the GTA on Thursday.
