Pakistan Gold Price Skyrockets by Rs800 per Tola Amid International Gains

Gold prices in Pakistan have seen a significant increase on Wednesday, following the trend of rising international gold rates. The local market saw the price of gold per tola rise by Rs800, reaching Rs462,936 during the day.

The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported that 10-gram gold was sold at Rs396,893 after a gain of Rs686.

Internationally, the price of gold increased by $8 to reach $4,404 per ounce. Silver prices in Pakistan also rose, increasing by Rs72 to reach Rs7,141 per tola.

This development comes on the heels of Tuesday's decline in gold prices, which had decreased by Rs1,000 per tola to reach Rs462,136.
