Gold prices in Pakistan fell by Rs500 to Rs427,936 per tola and Rs428 less to Rs366,886 for 10 grams on Tuesday. This decline came after a sharp increase of Rs1,700 to Rs428,436 per tola the previous day.

The international market also saw gold slipping by $5 to $4,055 per ounce, with spot gold trading near $4,053 an ounce.

Analysts say that gold is struggling to find a clear direction as investors weigh the possibility of another US interest rate hike against ongoing geopolitical risks.
