Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet Amid International Market Downturn

Gold and silver prices have declined in Pakistan due to a drop in international rates. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs4,300 to Rs427,436.

The association also reported that the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs3,687 to Rs366,457. Meanwhile, the price of 24-karat silver per tola decreased by Rs174, settling at Rs6,223.

The decline in prices is attributed to a fall in international gold rates, with the price of gold dropping $43 per ounce to $4,050.
