Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet Amid International Market Drop
Gold prices in Pakistan have taken a hit as the local market reflects the decline in international rates. The price of gold per tola has decreased by Rs2,100 to Rs450,936, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The 10-gram gold rate also fell by Rs1,800 to Rs386,604. This drop comes after a price increase of Rs4,700 on Friday, which had pushed the per-tola gold rate to Rs453,036.
Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices have declined by $21 to $4,284 per ounce. The APGJSA rates also show that silver prices have fallen by Rs60 to Rs6,903 per tola.
