Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet as International Market Slides

Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Thursday following a drop in the international bullion market.

The price of gold per tola fell by Rs3,500 to Rs460,436 according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

This decline is attributed to a decrease in the international price of gold which dropped by $35 to $4,380 per ounce.

Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold decreased by Rs3,001, reaching Rs394,749.

The local silver market also saw a decline with prices falling by Rs175 per tola to Rs6,936.
