Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet Following International Rate Drop

Gold prices in Pakistan dropped on Tuesday due to a decline in international rates. The local market saw gold per tola dip by Rs1,800 to reach Rs455,736. This comes after a similar drop of Rs2,700 on Monday, when the price per tola reached Rs457,536.

The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported that 10-gram gold also fell by Rs1,543 to sell at Rs390,720. The international rate of gold decreased by $18 to reach $4,332 per ounce.

The price of silver in Pakistan also dropped by Rs62 to reach Rs7,038 per tola.
