Gold prices in Pakistan have taken a significant hit, falling by Rs3,600 per tola. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of one tola of gold has dropped to Rs465,536.
The association also reported that the price of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs3,086 to Rs399,122.
Internationally, gold prices have followed suit, decreasing by $36 to $4,430 per ounce.
