Pakistan Gold Prices Rise Amid Global Surge

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday, October 2, 2026, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. The price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs2,000 per tola to Rs440,636, while its price per 10 grams went up by Rs1,715 to Rs377,774. In comparison, the price of 22-karat gold increased by Rs1,572 per 10 grams to Rs346,305.

The international price of gold also saw a hike, rising by $20 per ounce to $4,181. The association notes that the increase in global prices is reflected in the local bullion market, with domestic gold rates moving higher alongside international prices.

Silver prices in Pakistan also recorded gains, with the price of 24-karat silver increasing by Rs50 per tola to Rs6,578 and its price per 10 grams rising by Rs43 to Rs5,639. The international silver price saw a $0.50 per ounce hike to $61.
