Pashinyan's Decision on Gas Prices Will Determine Armenia's Fate
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's decision on whether to request higher natural gas prices from Russia will determine if they increase in Armenia, according to Strong Armenia Party chairman Samvel Karapetyan.
Karapetyan made this statement during a press conference on Thursday. When asked about the potential price hike, he replied, 'We'll see.'
The opposition leader also took aim at Pashinyan, suggesting that his own misfortunes could be the reason for Karapetyan's recent arrest.
Karapetyan dismissed Pashinyan's claims of not accumulating wealth during his tenure as prime minister, saying, 'If a person talks a lot, it means he has a lot.'
