China's A-share market saw all three major indices decline on Wednesday due to contracting trading volume, but small- and mid-cap technology names, particularly those with clean shareholding structures and low price levels, attracted capital.

The printed circuit board (PCB) sector stood out as the most prominent, with upstream material price increases driving its strength. Jiangxi Hongruixing Technology Co., Ltd. announced a 10% factory-gate price hike for copper-clad laminate products, which affects downstream cost structures and has rippled through capital markets.

Aohong Electronics hit its daily limit-up, marking its seventh in nine trading sessions, while Dare Power Dekor Home completed its fourth consecutive limit-up. Ellington Electronics and Zhongyi Technology also surged to their daily limits, with the sector advancing in unison.
