Pegadaian Gold Prices Surge as Indonesia's Market Sees Moderate Increases

Gold prices at Indonesia's state-owned pawnshop operator PT Pegadaian saw an increase across the board on Saturday, September 26. The rise in gold bullion prices was observed for all three main products: Galeri 24, Antam, and UBS.

Galeri 24 bars experienced a selling price per gram of Rp2,549,000 after rising by Rp4,000. In contrast, Antam posted the most significant increase with its selling price reaching Rp2,653,000 per gram, up by Rp8,000 from the previous day. Meanwhile, UBS gold rose to Rp2,573,000 per gram after a gain of Rp3,000.

The buyback prices for the three products also showed an upward trend, with Galeri 24 offering the highest price at Rp2,411,000 per gram. Antam and UBS had the same buyback price of Rp2,385,000 per gram.
