Purecore Metals Seeks C$2.5 Million for Critical Mineral Exploration
Purecore Metals Inc. (TSE:PURE) has unveiled plans to raise up to C$2.5 million through a non-brokered private placement. The offering includes two types of units: hard dollar units priced at C$1.35 and flow-through units priced at C$1.50. Each unit consists of one common share and a warrant exercisable at C$2.00 for 36 months, with an acceleration feature if the share price hits or surpasses C$2.50 for ten consecutive days.
The proceeds from the hard dollar units will support mineral exploration, property expenditures, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes such as marketing and investor relations. Funds from the flow-through shares will be allocated to qualifying Canadian exploration expenses in uranium and copper, reinforcing Purecore’s focus on critical mineral development. These expenses are intended to be renounced to investors by the end of 2026.
The offering may include finder’s fees and is subject to customary closing conditions and Canadian regulatory approvals, including policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. All securities issued will carry a four-month hold period and be offered under prospectus exemptions.
