Rubio Accuses Ukraine of Targeting US-Linked Ships

The Senator also called for a broader pause in attacks on energy infrastructure, suggesting an 'energy infrastructure ceasefire' where neither side targets the other's energy supplies.
This comes as Washington has expressed concern over Ukraine's strikes on tankers using Russia's Black Sea ports. The Financial Times reported that US Vice President JD Vance had asked Ukraine to halt these strikes, citing concerns about disrupting global oil markets and affecting US companies like Chevron and ExxonMobil.
