Rupee Rallies 24 Paise Against US Dollar in Early Trade
The Indian rupee strengthened against the US dollar in early trade on Monday, gaining 24 paise to reach 95.72.
This increase was driven by a slight moderation in crude oil prices and a positive trend in domestic equities, according to forex traders.
Anindya Banerjee, Head of Commodity and Currency Research at Kotak Securities, expects the rupee to trade within a broad range of 95.60-96.50, with resistance at 96.40-96.50.
