The Indian rupee has depreciated to 95.92 against the US dollar due to rising oil prices and tensions in the Middle East.

Brent crude oil prices have soared to $108 per barrel, while the dollar index rose by 0.22% to 99.61.

Anuj Choudhary, a research analyst at Mirae Asset Sharekhan, expects the rupee to trade with a negative bias due to risk-off sentiments in global markets and worries over rising global treasury yields.
