The Kremlin has acknowledged that Ukrainian attacks are impacting Russia's grain exports and is working to minimize their effect. The measures being taken include ensuring all grain intended for export is shipped on time and in full, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Russia's President Vladimir Putin recently stated that the country would have around 60 million metric tons of grain available for export this season, despite experiencing problems with its agricultural exports. He also promised that there would be no shortages on global markets.

The disruptions to Russia's grain exports are part of a broader conflict between Russia and Ukraine, both major grain exporters, which has led to attacks on ports and vessels in recent weeks.
