Russia's TNF 2026 Forum Connects Oil Producers with Foreign Energy Markets
Russia's industrial and energy-technology agenda expanded significantly at the XI International Industrial and Energy Forum (TNF 2026) in Tyumen from September 14-17. The forum, which operated with full international status for the first time, connected Russian oil-and-gas producers, technology companies, equipment manufacturers, universities, and government institutions with foreign energy markets.
The event saw over 18,000 participants from more than 60 Russian regions attend, with approximately 80% representing senior executives from the fuel-and-energy complex and related industries. Major participants included Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, LUKOIL, NOVATEK, Surgutneftegaz, and leading oilfield-service companies.
International participation came from countries such as Kazakhstan's KazMunayGas and QazaqGaz, Belarusian companies, China, Vietnam, Iran, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and the UAE's ADNOC. Over 50 cooperation agreements, more than 200 technology launches, and over 200 business meetings were reported.
