RWE Deal Won't Impact Louisiana LNG Ownership Structure
RWE's agreement with US private equity firm Stonepeak has no impact on Louisiana LNG ownership structure, according to Woodside spokesperson. This clears up any confusion surrounding the deal.
Separately, Houston-based McDermott, in a consortium with Italy's Saipem, South Korea's Daewoo Engineering & Construction, and China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Corporation, has been awarded a letter of intent for the ExxonMobil-led Rovuma LNG project in Mozambique. The contract includes limited engineering and procurement services.
BW LNG's 2006-built steam vessel, LNG Benue, is set to be converted into a floating storage and regasification unit by China's Huarun Dadong Dockyard (HRDD).
