Samsung E&A Unveils LNG Module Package for Faster Plant Construction

Samsung E&A has unveiled a module package designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction plants. The key feature of this package is to reduce the plant construction period by about 20% by designing major processes in advance and manufacturing them as modules.

The LNG module package was introduced at the world's largest gas and energy exhibition 'Gastech 2026' held in Bangkok, Thailand on the 16th. This package combines Samsung E&A's module design and construction technology with Honeywell Technologies' AP-SMR liquefaction technology.

Samsung E&A President Namgoong Hong and Honeywell Technologies President Christina Anderson took a commemorative photo together at the exhibition.
