Sapphire Expands Modular LNG Capacity with EDGE Acquisition

Sapphire Gas Solutions has acquired EDGE LNG, expanding its modular liquefied natural gas (LNG) capacity. The deal adds approximately 200,000 gallons of daily LNG liquefaction capacity through modular equipment serving clients in the Southern U.S.

The acquisition strengthens Sapphire's vertically integrated model, connecting customers to LNG from production to delivery. This control allows Sapphire to provide a unified service and greater accountability for its customers.

EDGE's modular, skid-mounted plant design enables rapid deployment and scalable production, providing flexible LNG solutions in locations without traditional natural gas infrastructure.
