Saskatchewan Agricultural Market Sees Price Fluctuations on August 21

The Saskatchewan agricultural market saw fluctuations in prices at closing on Friday, August 21. The Canola price dropped by 8.70, settling at 747.15 net cash dollars. In contrast, Red Spring Wheat saw an increase of 1.35 to close at 288.71.

Amber Durum and Feed Barley prices remained steady at 276.15 and 203.59, respectively. Kabuli Chickpeas and Flax also maintained their closing prices at 573.20 and 610.54. Oats saw a slight increase to close at 155.00.

Large Yellow Peas settled at 290.95, while Feed Wheat closed at 233.71. The futures market provided by David Derwin of Ventum Financial reflected these price movements.
