Saudi Arabia's sovereign credit rating remains strong due to its resilient non-oil activity and robust reserve buffers. According to S&P Global Ratings, the country's A+ rating is a testament to its ability to redirect energy exports during regional disruptions.

The agency pointed out that Saudi Arabia's energy infrastructure allows for flexibility in crude oil rerouting through the East-West oil pipeline, as well as substantial domestic and overseas oil storage and refining capacity.

Non-oil activity has been relatively resilient, thanks in part to consumer spending. The government also has a track record of adjusting investment spending in line with economic conditions, which contributes to its stable outlook.
