Saudi Arabia Vows to Protect Security Interests Amid Recent Attacks
The Saudi Cabinet has reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the Kingdom's security and interests at all costs. In a meeting chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Cabinet emphasized that it will not tolerate any compromise to its national capabilities.
The statement comes in response to recent attacks on oil facilities in the Riyadh Region and Eastern Province, as well as commercial vessels in the Red Sea. The Saudi air defenses successfully intercepted these attacks, but the Kingdom is urging other countries to condemn this aggression.
The Cabinet also expressed appreciation for international support, including stances from countries like Kuwait and Pakistan. It stressed the need for Iraq's government to take measures to prevent its territory being used as a launchpad for future attacks.
