Saudi-Led Coalition Intercepts Six Ballistic Missiles from Houthi Rebels

The Houthis have been escalating their fighting with Saudi Arabia, including an attempted attack on Riyadh, the Saudi capital. The conflict near the Red Sea shipping corridor has raised concerns among global markets, as the Houthis pursue a blockade of Saudi Arabia, the world's top oil exporter, with Iranian support.

Major General Turki al-Malki, spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition, said the missiles were intercepted and that there was no damage or casualties. However, the situation in Yemen is grim, with over 125,000 people fleeing the fighting as a humanitarian crisis grows.
