Seatrium is preparing to send two floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels, P-80 and P-82, to Petrobras' Buzios field in Brazil. The pair will contribute a combined 450,000 barrels per day to the field's oil output.

The FPSOs were formally named on August 27 at Seatrium's Tuas Boulevard Yard in Singapore, with departures planned for close succession. P-80 and P-82 are set to be the ninth and tenth FPSOs operating at the Buzios field, located in the pre-salt Santos basin.

Each platform can handle up to 225,000 barrels of oil daily, process 12 million cubic meters of gas per day, and inject water at a rate of around 250,000 barrels per day. The vessels will also store approximately 2.5 million barrels of oil.
