Shoreline Natural Resources Targets 100,000 BPD Boost with Qatar Islamic Bank Financing
Shoreline Natural Resources is planning to boost oil production from Nigeria's OML 30 above 100,000 barrels per day by the end of 2027. The company will back this effort with a $500m Islamic financing package arranged by Qatar Islamic Bank. Kola Karim, chairman of Shoreline Energy International, notes that a new drilling push can achieve this goal. The financing package is set to support the new drilling efforts.
The production target is ambitious, but it's backed by a significant investment from Qatar Islamic Bank. The bank has provided $500m in funding to help Shoreline Natural Resources reach its production goals. This is a major development for Nigeria's oil industry and highlights the potential for growth in the region.
