Silver Price Slumps 0.16% Amid Market Volatility

Silver prices took a hit on August 26, falling to $68.54 per troy ounce as of Wednesday's data from FXStreet.

This decline represents a 0.16% drop from Tuesday's price of $68.65 and marks a decrease of 3.58% since the beginning of the year.

The Gold/Silver ratio, which gauges how many ounces of Silver are needed to match the value of one ounce of Gold, currently stands at 67.45, down from Tuesday's figure of 67.86.
