Silver Price Stalls at 100-Day SMA as Dollar Rises
The silver price has stalled at its 100-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) of $66.39, ending Monday's session with losses of 0.39%.
This comes after the Greenback rose following last week's Fed decision, which has a direct impact on the XAG/USD price.
The white metal is currently trading at $66.03, having reached a high of $67.05.
A breach of the 100-day SMA could pave the way for further upside, with a possible target of $70.00 and then the 200-day SMA at $73.19.
