Silver Prices Bounce Back with 1.04% Gain
Silver prices rose on August 31, according to FXStreet data. The metal currently trades at $67.10 per troy ounce, a 1.04% increase from its price on Friday of $66.40.
This uptick comes despite the metal's overall decline this year, with silver prices down 5.61% since the start of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio, which shows how many ounces of Silver are needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, stood at 66.22 on Monday, a slight decrease from its Friday level of 67.08.
