Silver Prices Drop Again in India, Falling Below ₹2,500
Silver prices in India continued their downward trend for the second consecutive day on Wednesday. The national rate for silver fell to ₹2,450 per 10 grams, down from ₹2,500 on Tuesday.
This decline marks a drop of ₹50 per 10 grams and represents a near-2% decrease in price per gram compared to Tuesday's rates.
The fall in silver prices is largely influenced by international market trends, with global industrial demand, investment flows, and mining supply all playing a role. The strengthening US dollar also contributed to the decline in rupee-denominated bullion prices across both gold and silver.
